Masterful Listening

for Leaders and Coaches

Masterful Leaders helps you develop mastery of the essential Listens Actively core competency.  

This ICF-approved six hour  integrated learning experience teaches you the methods that Master Certified Coaches use, reinforced with over two hours of practice in small groups in the Zoom collaborative platform.  (more)

The course is delivered in 3 sessions of 2 hours in length, on successive weeks.   

On completion of the program, you will receive six Continuing Coach Education Units (CCEU) in the category of Core Competencies for $395.

Masterful Approaches

Program leverages approaches and techniques used by master coaches and in auditing candidates for MCC.

Masterful Instructors

Jim and Cheryl have logged over 8,000 hours of coaching between them. They are in active learning and mentoring for progression to MCC.

Personal Treatment

Class sizes are small. Instructors rotate through the collaboration rooms to observe, offer feedback, and answer questions.

Take it home

Every participant leaves with an action plan for taking the learnings back and putting them to work.

About the Program

The programs will be delivered in two sessions on a modern Zoom collaboration platform.  Breakout rooms permit realistic practice in triads.

The program will be delivered no less than once a quarter.
